SwimFit Club – Term 1 Season 2026–2027

Registration Terms & Conditions

Kindly read these Terms & Conditions carefully before completing your registration.

Registration

All participants registering with SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C must complete the official online or registration form provided by SwimFit.

The participant, or the Parent/Legal Guardian (if under 18 years old), agrees to comply with all Terms & Conditions, Club Policies, Code of Conduct, and Payment Policies before participating in any SwimFit programs.

Term Registration

Term Registration is designed to provide swimmers with consistent training throughout the full season, ensuring continuous progress, discipline, confidence, and skill development.

The Term includes structured swimming lessons and, where applicable, dryland fitness training.

SwimFit reserves the right to:

  • Adjust class schedules when necessary.
  • Change coaches due to operational requirements.
  • Modify training times with prior notice.
  • Cancel or reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances.
  • Assign another qualified coach whenever required.

Term Duration & Package Validity

All Term 1 Packages are strictly valid for 90 calendar days only, based on the official SwimFit Term schedule.

Term 1 Duration:
21st August 2026 – 20th November 2026

Mid-Term Break:
12th October – 18th October 2026

The Mid-Term Break is an unpaid scheduled break and does not include swimming lessons. This break is already included within the official 90-day term validity and does not extend the package duration.

All registered swimmers are expected to complete their classes within the official term period.

Strict Package Expiry

All Term Packages expire immediately upon completion of the official Term.

Strictly:

  • Package validity is limited to 90 calendar days only.
  • No classes may be carried forward to the next Term.
  • No extensions will be granted.
  • No rollover of unused sessions is permitted.
  • No credit will be issued for unused classes.
  • No make-up classes will be provided after the official Term has ended.
  • Any unused sessions remaining after 20th November 2026 will automatically expire.

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled lessons.

If a swimmer misses a class due to illness and provides a valid medical certificate, SwimFit may, at its sole discretion, offer a make-up class within the same Term only, subject to:

  • Class availability.
  • Space within the same swimming level.
  • Operational capacity.

Please Note

  • Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
  • Missed classes cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • No make-up classes will be provided after the Term has finished.

No Refund Policy

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

All payments made to SwimFit are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been completed:

  • No refunds will be issued.
  • No partial refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds will be granted for missed classes.
  • No refunds will be granted due to schedule changes, holidays, vacations, illness, relocation, change of mind, or any personal circumstances.

By completing registration, you acknowledge and accept this Strict No Refund Policy.

End of Term Event

SwimFit may organize an optional End of Term Celebration, Awards Ceremony, Competition, or Fun Event.

Participation in any End of Term event is not included within the Term package price.

Separate registration and payment may be required if such an event is organized.

Participation is optional.

Safety & Health

Participants or parents must disclose any medical conditions before registration.

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in suspension from classes without refund.

Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children before and immediately after lessons.

SwimFit supervision is limited to the scheduled lesson time only.

General Health & Risk Acknowledgement

By registering, participants acknowledge that participation in swimming and fitness activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury
  • Muscle strains
  • Joint injuries
  • Slips or falls
  • Cardiac events
  • Other unforeseen medical emergencies

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate and agree to notify SwimFit of any future medical changes.

Liability Waiver

Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C, its directors, employees, coaches, venues, contractors, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Accidents
  • Death
  • Loss or theft of personal belongings
  • Damage to vehicles or property

SwimFit reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant displaying unsafe or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

Venue Liability

SwimFit and partner facilities are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen belongings
  • Vehicle damage
  • Personal property
  • Injuries occurring outside scheduled lesson times

Media Consent

By registering, you authorize SwimFit to photograph or record participants during lessons, training sessions, competitions, and events.

Media may be used for:

  • Website
  • Social Media
  • Advertising
  • Marketing
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Educational purposes

All media remains the exclusive property of SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C.

Payment Policy

Payments may be completed using:

  • Website Checkout
  • Secure Payment Link
  • Card Machine
  • Cash
  • Network International Payment Gateway

Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

All published prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Registration Fee

New members are required to pay a one-time registration fee of AED 95.

Registered members receive 50% OFF SwimFit branded swimming caps and goggles.

Price Changes

SwimFit reserves the right to amend prices, schedules, facilities, and programs between Terms without prior notice.

Agreement

By selecting “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have:

  • Read these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fully understood all Club Policies.
  • Accepted the Strict 90-Day Package Validity.
  • Accepted the Strict No Refund Policy.
  • Accepted that unused classes expire at the end of Term 1.
  • Accepted that no classes will be carried forward to another Term.
  • Accepted that no make-up classes will be available after the Term has ended.
  • Accepted that the Mid-Term Break (12th–18th October 2026) is an unpaid scheduled break included within the official Term.
  • Accepted that any End of Term Event is optional and may require separate registration and payment.

By completing your registration, you agree to abide by all SwimFit Club policies and decisions throughout the Term.
