SwimFit Club TERM 1 Registrations Terms and Conditions

KINDLY READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER


Registration:

  • All customers booking a service with The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C must complete an online or physical registration form provided by our ADMIN.
  • The participant, or the participant’s Parent/Legal Guardian (if the participant is under 18), must agree to the following terms and conditions, code of conduct, and payment policy.

Term Registration:

Term registration means you/your child will train with us for a full term of three months, ensuring discipline and commitment in swimming.

  • SwimFit offers a range of sport activities, including but not limited to swimming and fitness sessions.
  • Class timings or coaches may need to be adjusted due to various reasons.
  • Session timings can be changed with prior notice to all participants.
  • Classes may be canceled in emergencies, such as coach sickness, if no substitute can be found in a timely manner.
  • The coach of a session may be replaced with another coach from The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C for any reason.

Safety and Health:

  • You must inform us prior to registration if there are any health issues with you or your child. If there is a special case, the company will decide whether to accept the registration, as we do not offer specialized coaches for individuals with special needs.
  • Failure to inform us of any health issues before registration will result in the suspension of your classes without a refund.
  • Your child’s safety during the class is our responsibility; however, a parent or legal guardian must be present at every class. Our responsibility is limited to the duration of the swimming class and the area around the pool only.

General Health and Safety:

  • You understand and acknowledge that taking part in sport activities involves a degree of risk, including but not limited to abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart disorders, heart attack, stroke, or even death. There is also the possibility of injuries, including but not limited to damage to muscles, bones, organs, tendons, and joints.
  • You will inform The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C Admin staff regarding any medical issues or conditions that a participant may have, including but not limited to diabetes, medication, allergies, disabilities, etc., so that our coaches and staff can be informed in case of an emergency.
  • You acknowledge that the participant is medically fit and allowed to take part in the activities offered by The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in the participant’s health and wellbeing.
  • You explicitly agree to assume all risk of death or injury to you/your child and/or loss of or damage to any property of The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate company resulting directly or indirectly from their participation. You expressly release and discharge The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C and its owners, employees, agents, hired venues, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, suits, demands, or actions arising from or in connection with the participation in the sports activities programs. This release shall be binding on my heirs and executors and those of my son/daughter.
  • You further agree that should you/your child behave in any manner deemed by The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C as disruptive or that could lead to injury of the participant or any other participant, The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C is hereby authorized to expel the participant from any further participation in the sports activity programs without a refund.
  • Management or their hired venues will not be liable or responsible for any personal injury, accident or death, or any loss or damage to personal property or vehicles caused to or suffered by any visitors, participants, spectators, or invitees attending any of the activities hosted by The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C at any of their venues. All participants, spectators, or invitees will be responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance in relation to the conducted activities.

Agreement for Media of All Participants:

  • By agreeing to the activities of The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C, you consent to having photos/videos/pictures/images/recordings made of the participant, which can be used to promote The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C both internally and externally. These images could be used, but are not limited to, print, digital publications, social media marketing, teaching, and training purposes. You understand that images of the participant may be used on The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C platforms.

Payment:

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made through NETWORK and PAY BY LINK, EMAILS, PAYMENT MACHINE, CASH, AND WEBSITE.
  • Fixed Prices: Payments made through the website are at fixed prices and are non-negotiable.
  • Booking and Registrations: Booking and registrations begin on the same day as the payment for a period of 3 months.
  • Proof of Payment: Presentation of the receipt and payment confirmation email is mandatory to commence classes.
  • Package Expiry: Packages are valid for 90 days only. No extensions or additional classes beyond the specified limit.
  • No Refunds: Once your trial class, registration payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.
    Payments made through the website/online / Cash / Pay by link . Pay by Payment Machine are at fixed prices and non-negotiable.
  • Refunds are only processed in special cases, such as traveling or moving out of the city, and are subject to the company’s discretion. If the provided proof is deemed invalid, the company reserves the right to deny the refund.Approved refunds may take 30 to 45 days to process. Additionally, a 15% deduction from the total amount will be applied to cover payment gateway and network fees, as these services charge a commission on every transaction.Absence: Missing a session without at least one day’s notice is considered an absence. However, if you or your child misses a class due to a medical reason and provides a medical report one day in advance, we can offer a make-up class within the same week, provided there is an available slot at the same group class level.
  • Price Changes: Prices may change from term to term depending on our high season and SwimFit ‘The Fit Sport Clubs Management L.L.C’ policy.

  • Registration Fees: 95 AED
  • Cap and Goggles: Discounted 50% for our members only, included in your package.
