- 13 Weeks
- 12 Teaching Weeks
- Mid-Term Break: 12th–18th October 2026
- Classes resume Monday, 19th October 2026
Class Capacity
- Level 1: Maximum 5 swimmers — 30 minutes
- Level 2: Maximum 5 swimmers — 45 minutes
- Levels 3–4: Maximum 7 swimmers — 45 minutes
- Levels 5–6: Maximum 10 swimmers — 60 minutes
Small groups ensure quality coaching, safety, and individual attention.

🏋️ All sessions include Dryland Fitness Training to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and overall swimming performance.

- Level 6 & Development Squad: Maximum 12 swimmers — 60 minutes
