SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs L.L.C – General Terms and Conditions

Applicable to All Programs, Classes, Events, and Product Sales – Season 2026

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING OR MAKING A PURCHASE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants registering for any services, attending events, or purchasing products from SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs L.L.C (“SwimFit”).
By completing your registration or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.

 

1. Registration Policy – Monthly Packages

  • All participants must complete a registration form online or in person, including parent/guardian information for minors.
  • Packages are valid for 30 calendar days from the first session.
  • Missed sessions are not carried forward or refunded.

2. Safety and Health Policy

  • Medical Disclosure: All medical conditions must be disclosed before registering.
  • Special Needs: Participants with special needs may be accepted at SwimFit management’s discretion.
  • Parental Supervision: A guardian must be present during a child’s session. SwimFit is responsible only during scheduled class times in the pool area.

3. General Health and Liability Waiver

  • All activities involve inherent risks. Participants must declare medical conditions prior to attendance.
  • By participating, you accept all risks and release SwimFit, its staff, and venue partners from liability.
  • SwimFit may remove any participant posing a risk to others without refund.
  • SwimFit is not responsible for lost items; personal insurance is advised.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Options: Website, payment link, bank transfer, card, or cash.
  • Fixed Pricing: All service and product prices are non-negotiable.
  • Payment Proof: Must be submitted before attending sessions.
  • No Refund Policy: Registrations, trial sessions, or missed classes are non-refundable.
  • Refund Exceptions: Only for relocation or travel with valid proof, subject to 15% admin fee and 30–45 day processing.
  • Make-up Classes: Allowed only with a valid medical note at least one day in advance and subject to coach availability.

5. Private Classes Policy

  • One paid trial class allowed before committing.
  • Packages valid for 30 days from first session.
  • No changes to days or times during active package period unless availability allows.
  • Absences or last-minute cancellations (<24 hrs) count as completed class.
  • No refunds after purchase.

6. Group Classes (Kids & Adults) Policy

  • Registration form required.
  • Packages valid for 30 calendar days from first session.
  • Missed sessions cannot be carried forward.
  • Class rates may change seasonally.
  • Requests to change group times are subject to availability.
  • Girls and ladies must wear a swim cap.
  • Absences or last-minute cancellations count as completed classes.

7. Product Policy – Swimming Gear

  • No refunds or exchanges for goggles, head caps, uniforms, or kickboards (hygiene & safety).
  • Prices fixed; payment via website, card, bank transfer, or cash.

8. Events Terms and Conditions

  • Termly events, pool parties, galas, and beach activities are supervised.
  • Participation confirmed only upon full payment and registration.
  • SwimFit reserves the right to cancel or deny participation for safety or discipline without refund.

    End-of-Term Party & Gala – Terms and Conditions

    • The End of Term – Gala & Party Day is organized for all SwimFit students.
    • The event is free for full Term 1 registered members and 59 AED per child for monthly or non-members.
    • Event participation is confirmed only after registration is submitted and reviewed by SwimFit.
    • Slots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Parents are required to supervise children where necessary.
    • SwimFit reserves the right to deny or cancel participation for safety or disciplinary reasons without refund.
    • By participating, you agree that SwimFit is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss during the event.

9. Media Release

  • By registering, you grant SwimFit the right to use participant photos/videos for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

  • SwimFit and facility partners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage.
  • Personal insurance is recommended.

11. New Member Welcome Pack

  • One-time registration fee: AED 95
  • Starter Pack Offer: 50% discount on SwimFit cap and goggles with initial registration.

12. Agreement Confirmation

  • By clicking “I Agree” or signing the registration form, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted all policies regarding:
    • Classes
    • Events
    • Safety
    • Payment
    • Product purchases
    • Liability
