SwimFit Club – General Terms and Conditions

Applicable to All Programs, Classes, Events, and Product Sales – Season 2025

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING OR MAKING A PURCHASE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants registering for any services, events, or purchasing products from SwimFit Club. By completing your registration or purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.

1. Registration Policy – Monthly Packages

  • All participants must complete a registration form online or on paper, including parent/guardian details for minors.
  • By registering, you agree to follow the SwimFit Code of Conduct, Payment Terms, Attendance Rules, and Safety Policies.
  • Monthly Registration: Class packages are valid for 30 calendar days, starting from the first class attended.
  • Missed sessions will not be carried over to the next month.

2. Safety and Health Policy

  • Medical Disclosure: You must inform us of any health condition before registering. Failure to do so will result in suspension without refund.
  • Special Needs: Acceptance of participants with special needs is subject to management discretion.
  • Supervision Requirement: A parent or legal guardian must be present during each child’s session. SwimFit is only responsible during class time and in the pool area.

3. General Health and Liability Waiver

  • Participation involves risks such as injury, fainting, or even death.
  • You must declare any health issues (e.g., allergies, diabetes, medication) before starting classes.
  • By participating, you accept all associated risks and waive liability from SwimFit and its partners.
  • SwimFit reserves the right to remove participants without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
  • SwimFit and its venues are not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss. Insurance is the responsibility of each participant.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment Methods: Website, pay-by-link, bank transfer, card, or cash.
  • Fixed Pricing: All payments are non-negotiable.
  • Payment Proof: Required before attending classes.
  • Validity: Monthly packages are valid for 30 days from the first session.
  • No Refunds: No refunds for registration, trials, or missed sessions.
  • Refund Exceptions: May be considered for relocation/travel with proof; subject to 15% processing fee and 30–45 days for processing.
  • Make-up Classes: Allowed only with a valid medical note one day in advance and subject to availability.
  • Price Updates: Subject to change monthly depending on season and policy.

5. Product Policy – Swimming Gear

  • No Refund or Exchange on:
    • Goggles
    • Silicone Head Caps
    • Uniforms
    • Kickboards
  • Reason: Hygiene and safety.
  • Fixed Prices: No negotiation regardless of payment method.
  • Accepted Purchase Methods: Website, pay-by-link, bank transfer, card, or cash.

6. Events, Swim Galas & Beach Training

  • SwimFit hosts events such as competitions, swimming galas, and beach training as part of the seasonal program.
  • Safety First: All outdoor and event sessions follow strict safety guidelines. Parents must be present for minors at beach or open water events.
  • No Refund Policy:
    • Event registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.
    • Beach training registrations are non-refundable, even in case of rescheduling or weather disruptions.
  • Booking Policy: Participation is only confirmed after payment and completion of registration. Places are limited and first-come, first-served.
  • Responsibility Waiver: SwimFit is not liable for unforeseen changes or risks during open-water or outdoor activities.

7. Media Release

  • By registering, you consent to photos/videos of the participant being used for SwimFit promotions, training, or marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • SwimFit and affiliated venues are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss during activities.
  • Participants and their families are responsible for securing suitable insurance coverage.

9. New Member Welcome Pack

  • Registration Fee: AED 95
  • Swim Gear Discount: Swim cap and goggles available at 50% off as part of the registration package.

10. Agreement Confirmation

By clicking “I Agree” during online registration or signing the form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all SwimFit Club policies related to classes, events, safety, payment, products, and liability.
