General Terms & Conditions

Applicable to All Programs, Classes, Events & Product Sales – Season 2026

Operated by SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C.

Please Read Carefully Before Registering or Making a Purchase

These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants registering for swimming lessons, fitness programs, private coaching, camps, competitions, events, or purchasing products from SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C. (“SwimFit”).

By completing your registration, making a payment, or purchasing any SwimFit service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration Policy

All participants must complete the official SwimFit registration form, either online or in person.

Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Package Validity

Standard Packages

• Valid for 30 calendar days from the date of the first attended lesson.

Flexible Packages

• Valid for 45 calendar days from the date of the first attended lesson.

Unused lessons expire automatically once the package validity has ended.

No unused lessons may be carried forward beyond the package expiry date unless approved under SwimFit’s Make-up Policy.

2. Health & Safety Policy

The safety of all participants is our highest priority.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, disabilities, or health concerns before registration.

SwimFit reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue participation where a medical condition or behaviour may present a safety risk to the participant or others.

Children requiring additional support or special educational needs may be accepted only after review and approval by SwimFit Management.

Parents or guardians remain fully responsible for their children before the lesson begins and immediately after it ends.

SwimFit coaches are responsible only during the official scheduled lesson.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability

Swimming, fitness activities, and water sports involve inherent risks.

By participating in any SwimFit activity, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

SwimFit, its coaches, employees, contractors, management, and venue partners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Accidents
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Vehicle damage
• Property damage

Participants are encouraged to maintain their own medical and personal insurance.

SwimFit reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour compromises safety or disrupts classes without refund.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment

Payments may be made by:

• Website
• Secure Payment Link
• Credit/Debit Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

All prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Refund Policy

All registrations, memberships, trial lessons, private lessons, camps, events, products, and swimming packages are strictly non-refundable.

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Permanent relocation outside the UAE.
• Long-term international travel.

Supporting documents may be requested.

If approved:

• A 15% administration fee will be deducted.
• Refund processing may take 30–45 working days.

Approval of refunds remains solely at the discretion of SwimFit Management.

5. Make-up Classes & Package Freeze Policy

Package Validity

Please note that package validity cannot be extended beyond:

• 30 days for Standard Packages.
• 45 days for Flexible Packages.

Once the package validity has expired, all remaining classes will automatically expire.

No make-up classes will be offered after the package expiry date.

Medical Exception

Make-up classes may only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• A valid medical certificate is issued by an official licensed hospital or clinic.
• The medical certificate clearly states that the participant was medically unfit to attend.
• SwimFit Management receives the certificate as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note:

Submission of a medical certificate does not automatically guarantee approval.

All requests are reviewed individually by SwimFit Management.

If the request is declined or the participant does not complete the approved make-up lessons before the package expires, the remaining lessons will be forfeited.

Emergency Travel

Emergency travel requests may also be reviewed.

Supporting documents (flight tickets or official travel documents) may be requested.

Approval remains entirely at the discretion of SwimFit Management.

Package Freeze

Participants may request to temporarily freeze their package.

Documentation is not required.

Freeze Fees:

• AED 175 per week
• AED 150 per week for each sibling

Package freeze is available for:

• Babies Classes
• Kids Classes
• Adults & Ladies Classes
• Group Lessons
• Private Lessons

Freeze requests must be submitted before the requested freeze period begins.

Make-up lessons and package freezes are offered solely at the discretion of SwimFit Management and are never guaranteed.

6. Private Lessons Policy

One paid trial lesson may be booked before purchasing a package.

Lesson days and times remain fixed throughout the package.

Requests to change lesson schedules are subject to coach availability.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered attended.

No refunds are available after purchasing a private lesson package.

7. Group Classes Policy (Kids, Teens & Adults)

Registration is mandatory before attending.

Package validity:

• Standard Package: 30 calendar days
• Flexible Package: 45 calendar days

Both begin from the first attended lesson.

Missed lessons expire once the package validity ends.

Class schedules may change each season.

Requests to change class times are subject to availability.

Girls and ladies must wear a swimming cap during every lesson.

Late cancellations or absences will be recorded as completed classes.

8. Product Sales Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Swim Goggles
• Swim Caps
• Uniforms
• Kickboards
• Swimming Accessories

Payment methods:

• Website
• Payment Link
• Card
• Bank Transfer
• Cash

Prices are fixed.

9. Events & Competitions

SwimFit organizes:

• Swimming Galas
• Beach Training
• Pool Parties
• Swimming Camps
• Competitions
• Community Events

Participation is confirmed only after:

• Registration
• Full payment

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

SwimFit reserves the right to postpone, cancel, modify, or refuse participation for operational, safety, or disciplinary reasons.

No refunds will be issued unless SwimFit cancels the event.

End of Term Gala & Celebration

• Free for Full Term Members.
• AED 59 per child for Monthly Members and Non-Members.

Parents remain responsible for supervising their children outside official SwimFit activities.

By attending, participants acknowledge that SwimFit accepts no responsibility for injury, accident, or loss of personal property.

10. Photography & Media Consent

By registering with SwimFit, you authorize SwimFit to use photographs and videos taken during lessons, camps, competitions, and events for:

• Website
• Social Media
• Advertising
• Marketing
• Promotional Materials

If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify SwimFit Management in writing before your first lesson.

11. General Disclaimer

SwimFit and its venue partners shall not be responsible for:

• Injuries
• Accidents
• Loss of personal belongings
• Vehicle damage
• Property loss

Participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

12. New Member Registration

A one-time registration fee of AED 95 applies to all new members.

New members receive 50% OFF their first SwimFit branded swimming cap and goggles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting “I Agree”, completing your registration, making payment, or signing the registration form, you confirm that you have:

• Read these Terms & Conditions in full.
• Understood all SwimFit policies.
• Agreed to comply with all policies relating to:
  • Classes
  • Memberships
  • Private Lessons
  • Events
  • Camps
  • Products
  • Payments
  • Safety
  • Liability
  • Media Consent
