Registration Terms & Conditions

Kindly read carefully before registering.

Registration

All customers booking a service with SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C must complete an online or physical registration form provided by our administration team.

The participant, or the Parent/Legal Guardian (if the participant is under 18 years old), must agree to the following terms and conditions, code of conduct, and payment policies before participating in any SwimFit programs.

Term Registration

Term registration means that you/your child will train with SwimFit for the full term period of approximately three months, ensuring discipline, consistency, and progress in swimming development.

SwimFit offers a range of sport activities including, but not limited to:

• Swimming lessons
• Fitness and dryland training sessions

Please note:

• Class timings may be adjusted when necessary.
• Coaches may be replaced depending on operational requirements.
• Session schedules may change with prior notice to participants.
• Classes may be cancelled in exceptional situations such as coach illness if a replacement cannot be arranged in time.
• SwimFit reserves the right to assign another qualified coach when required.

Term Package Validity

All Term Packages are valid for the duration of the term only (3 months) based on the official term calculation and schedule set by SwimFit Club.

All sessions must be completed within the same term period.

Any unused or remaining classes cannot be carried forward to the next term and will automatically expire once the term has finished.

No extensions, transfers, or rollover of classes will be permitted after the term has ended.

Safety & Health

Participants or parents must inform SwimFit prior to registration of any medical or health conditions affecting the participant.

If a special medical condition is declared, the company will evaluate whether participation can be safely accommodated, as SwimFit does not provide specialized coaches for special needs cases.

Failure to disclose medical conditions prior to registration may result in suspension of classes without refund.

While SwimFit coaches are responsible for safety during the lesson, a parent or legal guardian must remain present during all classes.

SwimFit responsibility is limited to:

• The duration of the swimming class
• The pool area where the lesson takes place

General Health & Risk Acknowledgment

By registering, you understand and acknowledge that participation in sport activities involves certain risks, including but not limited to:

• Abnormal blood pressure
• Fainting
• Heart disorders
• Stroke or heart attack
• Physical injuries
• Muscle, tendon, joint, or bone injuries

Participants or parents must inform SwimFit administration of any medical conditions such as:

• Allergies
• Diabetes
• Medications
• Disabilities
• Other medical concerns

By registering, you confirm that the participant is medically fit to participate in SwimFit activities.

It is also your responsibility to inform SwimFit of any future changes in health conditions.

Liability Waiver

By enrolling in SwimFit programs, you agree to assume all risks associated with participation.

You release SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C, its owners, employees, coaches, staff, affiliated venues, and partners from any liability relating to:

• Injury
• Illness
• Loss of personal belongings
• Damage to property
• Accidents occurring during participation

This waiver applies to participants, parents, and accompanying visitors.

SwimFit also reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

Venue Liability

SwimFit and its partner venues are not responsible for:

• Personal injuries
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Damage to vehicles or property

All participants and visitors attend activities at their own responsibility.

Participants are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal insurance if required.

Media Consent

By registering with SwimFit, you consent to photos, videos, and recordings of the participant being taken during classes, training sessions, or events.

These materials may be used for:

• Website content
• Social media
• Marketing materials
• Educational and training purposes

All media content remains the property of SwimFit Squad Sport Clubs Management L.L.C.

Payment Policy

Payment Methods

Payments may be made through:

• Website payment
• Payment links
• Card machine
• Cash
• Network International payment gateway

Fixed Prices

All prices listed on the website or payment links are fixed and non-negotiable.

Package Validity

Packages become active from the date of payment and are valid according to the term duration (90 days).

Unused sessions will automatically expire after the term validity period.

Proof of Payment

Participants must present payment confirmation or receipt before starting classes.

Refund Policy

Once a trial class or term package payment is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Permanent travel
• Relocation outside the city

Refund approval is subject to SwimFit management discretion.

Approved refunds:

• May take 30–45 days to process
• Will be subject to a 15% deduction to cover payment gateway and network fees.

Absence Policy

Missing a class without at least 24 hours notice will be recorded as an absence.

If a class is missed due to medical reasons, and a valid medical report is provided, a make-up class may be arranged within the same week, subject to availability in the same group level.

Price Changes

Prices may change between terms depending on:

• Seasonal demand
• Facility costs
• SwimFit operational policies

New Members

New members are required to pay a one-time registration fee of 95 AED.

Members are eligible for 50% discount on SwimFit caps and goggles.

Agreement

By clicking “I Agree” during registration, you confirm that you have:

• Read
• Understood
